1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your aaaaph account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance. If you fail to withdraw funds before requesting closure, the Company will process a final withdrawal to your verified payment method after applicable fees and deductions.

aaaaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to: violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, providing false or misleading information during registration or verification, suspected fraud or illegal activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, underage gambling, creation of duplicate accounts, failure to respond to verification requests, or prolonged account inactivity.

Upon account closure or termination by the Company, all pending bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited.
